How Spongex Works with Original Equipment Manufacturers

As a manufacturer, Spongex understands what it takes to work with a customer and meet their stringent requirements. This knowledge gives our team the ability to assist our OEM customers with their challenges on product innovations and improvements.  Our process for working together is simple.

In order to discuss your project, you must first complete the confidential non-disclosure agreement.  Please print the attached PDF complete the information, date and mail the original, signed document to:

Upon receipt of the disclosure agreement, we will countersign and return a copy of it to you. We will then schedule a time to have one of our salespeople speak to you about your project. Please provide your daytime phone number and email address for follow-up.

Please do not send drawings, photographs or videos of your product or ideas until we have contacted you by phone.

Once this contact is made, we can discuss next steps for your project. Reference materials that would help our discussion include: 

• Images of the concept
• Estimated annualized forecast by product SKU
• Special requirements (screen printing, packaging, etc.)
• Critical dates such as upcoming trade shows and meetings
• Any vital information to the application such as critical specification information
