Thank you for your interest in submitting your invention to Spongex LLC. In order to discuss your product, you must first fill out the confidential invention disclosure agreement. Please print the attached PDF, complete the information, date and mail the original, signed document to:

Upon receipt of the invention disclosure agreement, we will countersign and return a copy of it to you. We will then schedule a time to speak to you about your interest. Please provide your daytime phone number and email address for follow-up.

Please do not send drawings, photographs or videos of your invention or ideas until we have spoken.

A few things for you to consider in advance of our discussion:

• Are you looking for Spongex to manufacture a product for you to market or are you interested in trying to sell us an idea that we would manufacture and market?
• Are you prepared to invest in a significant upfront engineering fee of approximately $5,000 to $10,000 to begin the project?
• Are you a first-time inventor? We rarely purchase ideas since our own team focuses on new product research and invention.
• What type of market research you have conducted about the product category and the unique features of your invention? It is important that you understand the competitive market and why your product is innovative.
